What happens if my order arrives broken?
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Send a photo of the damaged piece, and we’ll work with you to replace or refund it.
What is your return policy?
Due to the handmade nature of our items, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. All orders are final sale.
Where can I find you in person?
We’re at the award-winning Winter Park Farmers Market every Saturday. Stop by to see our work in person and say hi!
Are your pottery pieces food safe?
Yes, all functional pottery pieces are glazed with food-safe materials. They’re also microwave- and dishwasher-safe unless noted otherwise.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the USA. If you’re outside of this area, contact us to discuss shipping options.
How long does it take to receive a custom order?
Custom orders typically take 4-6 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity. We’ll give you a timeline during the ordering process.
